About Cars Helping America.org
Mission:
To provide charities of your choosing with additional revenue to further their mission. Cars Helping America LLC is a private organization that solicits tangible goods for donation with portions of all proceeds directly helping the local or national charity of your choosing. We accept cars, boats, SUVs, trucks and recreational vehicles.
They Will:
· Pickup the vehicle at no cost to you
· Provide you a Certificate of Donation
· Sell the vehicle and distribute a portion of the proceeds to the Lowell Association for the Blind.
It's that simple. Call Cars Helping American toll free at 1-866-WHY-DON8 (1-866-949-3668) and tell them you want to donate to the Lowell Association for the Blind.
Volunteer:
Radio Reading - volunteers are needed to assist with the LAB/TIC Radio Reading Service. Times are available Monday through Friday from 8:00AM until 3:00 PM. Call LAB for a volunteer application. (position requires one hour per week)
Adult Program Volunteers - do you have a special talent or time to share? The LAB Adult program meets Tuesday and Thursday mornings.
